Job summary

Qualifications

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Lab Technology; minimum 2 years direct experience and ability to utilize classroom technology.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to write syllabi and exams; develop learning strategies, curriculum and assessments; ability to work with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in classroom and lab settings to prepare for the NHA credentialing exam.
• Deliver established course curriculum and lab setup, safety, student monitoring, and certification preparation; troubleshoot classroom tech and track equipment usage and inventory.
• Assess students for content mastery and skills proficiency; maintain attendance and grades per policies; assist with content development and curriculum.
