Forsyth Technical Comunity Clg is seeking a Part-time Phlebotomy Instructor to lead the Phlebotomy Training Program at West Campus. The instructor will collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure training meets regulatory standards and supervise student skill development in both lab and clinical settings.

The role requires an associate degree in a health-related field, a current phlebotomy certification from an NCCA/ANSI-accredited body, two years of relevant experience, and prior teaching

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution.
• Current Phlebotomy Certification from an organization whose credentialing exam is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies ( NCCA ) or the American National Standards Institute ( ANSI ).
• Two years of relevant industry experience with administrative and clinical procedures routinely performed by phlebotomists.
• Previous teaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop learner-centered lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Supervise student skill development in laboratory and clinical settings.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Participate in professional development to maintain currency in phlebotomy field.
• Maintain student records and comply with college policies.

Formation
