Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time Phlebotomy Technician to screen donors and perform phlebotomy in a Vista, CA center. The role emphasizes safety, donor care, and reliable schedule management. Training is provided to ensure quality patient interactions and accurate donor documentation.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with 4–6 hour shifts across 3+ days per week. Certification in CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT is required or in progress where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors for eligibility and perform phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and manage donor interactions with safety and courtesy.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the Donor Information System; coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center processes and identify opportunities for improvements while following approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet donor needs.
