Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• 1+ years experience in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors on entry and exit from the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Stock supplies and maintain proper disposal.
• Record donor measures and enter data into the information system.
