Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist at our Fayetteville center. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training and a focus on patient care and donor safety.

You will screen donors, record vital signs, and use our information system while supporting center operations and donor compensation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic record-keeping and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use donor information system and maintain donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center processes.
• Support continuous improvement and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
