Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Riverside, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days/week; starting pay is $19/hour with paid training. This role focuses on donor safety and service within a fast-paced plasma center.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, document charts, and support center operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license or certification in the state.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
