Takeda is partnering with BioLife Plasma Services to hire a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist in Tukwila, WA. The role involves donor screening, phlebotomy, and ensuring donor safety across varied shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can stand for long periods, and is available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
