BioLife in Roseville, CA is seeking a truly part-time phlebotomist to support plasma donation operations. Typical shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, with donors and safety at the forefront.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations. Applicants must hold California CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT licenses, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT).
• Proven ability to work with donors and maintain safety and records.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
