Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time phlebotomy screener role in Roseville, CA. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with advance notice of schedule changes. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support center operations under supervision.

The role requires CA CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certifications or active licenses. Donors are central; reliability, safety, and customer service are essential. Expect varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Current license/certification in CA: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and help implement process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
