Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Roseville, CA is hiring for a truly part-time Phlebotomy Screener. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT licenses and involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position offers part-time shifts (4–6 hours/day, 3+ days/week) with a starting hourly wage of $19.50 and opportunities to contribute to center operations and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally 32 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.
• Current CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT licenses required in California.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
