Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support mental health and specialty pharmacy across multiple locations. You will dispense prescriptions under supervision, handle clerical tasks, and travel to nearby sites as needed.

Qualified candidates hold an active Texas Pharmacy Technician license and have 1+ year of experience. Travel and overnight stays may be required; own vehicle and driver’s license essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician license (not trainee).
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to other sites and stay overnight when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff.
• Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Order, receive and store pharmacy supplies.
• Process wholesale medication orders.
• Verify stock and update inventory in the system.
• Assist pharmacist with pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Perform clerical duties related to the department.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
