Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, a part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy, primarily through dispensing prescriptions and clerical duties under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm CST at 233 Sgt Ed Holcomb Blvd S Conroe, TX 77304.

You will fill prescriptions, manage inventory, handle deliveries, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas.
• 6+ months of Retail Pharmacy Technician experience within the last 3 years.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
• Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and maintains inventory records in the system.
• Assists the Pharmacist with pharmacy functions and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Performs clerical duties and communicates professionally.
