Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will assist pharmacists, fill prescriptions, and deliver high-quality customer service while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You may participate in immunization services and other clinic activities where permitted by law, supporting safe and accurate patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled) if no minimum educational requirement exists
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and safety in dispensing
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and support pharmacists
• Assist with inventory tasks and medication deliveries
• Provide immunizations or point-of-care testing where allowed by law
• Maintain patient privacy and security per CVS policies
