CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care in a retail setting.

The role involves following SOPs, assisting with immunizations when allowed, and maintaining compliance with state boards and company policies. This part-time position offers opportunities to grow clinical and technical knowledge while serving customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing practice, including age and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• If not addressed, minimum age may be 16 years and a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care
• Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, labeling and verification for accuracy
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures across production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off
• Conduct basic inventory tasks, returns-to-stocks and waiting bin inventories as directed
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law and trained
• Maintain compliance with laws, privacy protections and CVS policies
• Adapt to scheduling needs and travel to stores in the market as required
