The role requires adherence to state board licensure and company SOPs, with eligibility for immunization training and vaccine administration where allowed. This position offers meaningful patient interactions and opportunities to grow clinical and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board licensure and national certification requirements.
• Age 16+ if no minimum age is mandated by state board.
• High school diploma or equivalent required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
