Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and other services where allowed, and ensure efficient operations and patient safety.

The role requires compliance with state pharmacy requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support store needs and patient

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing practice
• Minimum age 16 where required by state board
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy for patient safety
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate fulfillment
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law
• Maintain accurate inventory and shelving per SOPs
• Provide empathetic customer service and support to patients
• Assist in a safe and inclusive team environment
