Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care in our retail stores. You will assist pharmacists, manage workflow, and help provide immunizations and other health services where permitted by law.

This role requires adherence to state requirements, adherence to SOPs, and a patient‑first mindset to ensure accurate dispensing and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in program.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care, delivering safe and accurate prescriptions.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Assist with immunizations, point-of-care testing and offsite clinics where allowed by law.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist in dispensing and labeling.
