Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy. You will dispense prescriptions and perform clerical tasks under the supervision of a registered pharmacist at our Middleburg, FL site.

Hours are 24 hours per week with potential to flex to 40; schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. You will help with inventory, order processing, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work onsite at 3292 County Rd. 22 Middleburg, FL.
• Part-time schedule: 24 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
• Experience with pharmacy order entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinics.
• Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and updates inventory records.
• Works with the Pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Performs clerical duties related to the department.
• Communicates professionally in verbal and written form.
• Other duties as assigned.
