Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program within our retail locations. You will apply academic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a comprehensive training roadmap to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

You’ll assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service, while learning SOPs and store operations. You will gain hands-on experience with immunizations, patient counseling, and collaboration with store leadership,

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrolled or accepted.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure in progress as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Customer service and teamwork within the pharmacy environment.
• Effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical reasoning for dispensing and prescription labeling.
• Inventory support and basic pharmacy operations.

Education
