Job summary

CCS in Clearwater, FL is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to perform general pharmacy duties, including preparing medications, final checks, data entry reviews, and patient therapy monitoring. You will report to the Pharmacy Director and work a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00a to 5:30p.

Responsibilities include dispensing, counseling, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations, and supporting technicians. A valid pharmacist license and ACPE education are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree and active license.
• Ability to review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosing, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients.
• Provide patient counseling on drug therapy and side effects.
• Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and allergies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize therapy.
• Support in inventory management and documentation.
