Job summary

CCS in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Pharmacist to perform general pharmacist duties, including preparing medications and final checks. The role includes data entry review, patient counseling, and monitoring therapy under the Director of Pharmacy.

The candidate must hold an ACPE-accredited Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree, with an active Florida license and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required. On-site position in Clearwater, FL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE accredited College with BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Current Pharmacy license in Florida with good standing.
• Ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
• Knowledge of drug indications, interactions, dosing, and safety.
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescription medications to patients.
• Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and safety.
• Counsel patients and monitor therapy outcomes.
• Maintain patient charts with allergies and history.
