Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or Bachelor)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve high standards/results

Responsibilities

• Provide immunizations to customers following standing orders and procedures
• Dispense medications to customers per prescriptions and policies
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients
• Verify new medication against patient profiles for drug interactions
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions by supervising Pharmacy Technicians and Interns
• Support promotions and recalls in coordination with Pharmacy Manager
• Follow HIPAA, DEA procedures, and all applicable laws and guidelines
