Kroger in Huntington, IN is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our on-site team. You will dispense medications, compound according to formulas, and ensure accuracy and safety in every prescription, while upholding ethical standards and Kroger policies.

You’ll lead a clinical support team, maintain HIPAA/DEA compliance, and collaborate with store staff to provide exceptional patient care aligned with Kroger values.

Mansioni

• Dispense medications to customers per prescriptions and, following laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and ethical standards.
• Compound medications, using standard formulas and processes, such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Review prescriptions issued by prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
• Verify new medication against patient profiles to ensure no interactions prior to filling prescription.
• Support pharmacy team and promotions; supervise technicians and interns as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, DEA procedures and licensing requirements; ensure safety and compliance.
