Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails in Iowa City is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join a six-doctor hybrid veterinary practice. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and support a fast-paced team dedicated to quality client service and patient care.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and the ability to navigate high call volumes while maintaining professional standards. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Genuine passion for client service and creating positive experiences.
• Strong communication, active listening, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Preferred: veterinary client service or hospitality experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows.
