Job summary

Requirements include 18+ years of age, a current CPT certification, CPR/First Aid/Oxygen certs, and at least one year of experience in fitness instruction or program

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current nationally recognized CPT certification (ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, AFAA, NASM, NETA, NESTA, IFPA).
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen Certification (will provide upon hire).
• Minimum of one year of experience in fitness instruction or personal training.
• Ability to conduct assessments, design programs, and coach individuals of varying ages and fitness levels.
• Proven ability to sell and retain personal training clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective personal training sessions based on client goals and assessments.
• Conduct fitness assessments and interpret results to create exercise programs.
• Maintain supervision of clients to ensure proper technique and safety.
• Generate, cultivate, and retain clients through consultations, follow-ups, and engagement.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through promotion of personal training services.
• Document client sessions, assessments, progress notes, and scheduling activity.
