The YMCA is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver safe, individualized training sessions and group coaching at our Bixby wellness location. You will assess clients, design programs, and drive member engagement while upholding YMCA standards and certification guidelines.

Responsibilities include client acquisition, documenting progress, meeting monthly sales goals for training services, and maintaining a clean, supportive training environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current nationally recognized CPT certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen Certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in fitness instruction or personal training.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, effective, and individualized personal training sessions based on client goals and assessments.
• Conduct fitness assessments and interpret results to design programs.
• Maintain supervision to ensure proper technique and safety.
• Generate, cultivate, and retain clients through consultations and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through promotion of personal training services.
• Document sessions, assessments, progress notes, and scheduling activity.
