Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Colorado is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Sales & Service specialist for 20 hours per week. You will welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to suitable financial solutions while collaborating with branch teams and partners to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will engage customers on banking services, digital channels, and personal banking options, while supporting compliant operations and referrals to grow the customer relationship across BMO's

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and identifies needs to provide appropriate financial guidance.
• Guides customers to digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Collaborates with branch partners to drive referrals and expand customer relationships.
• Works as a lobby leader, conducting conversations about banking services and channels.
• Supports branch operations, including opening/closing activities and follow-up on applications.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements and ensures compliance.
