Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO.
• Welcomes customers and offers guidance on digital/self-serve options to speed banking.
• As a lobby leader, conducts conversations about banking services and recommends channels and personal banking solutions.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of work information and engages customers in needs-based conversations.
