Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Lobby Associate to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identify needs, and guide them to the best financial solutions. You will work within the branch and across channels with BMO partners to create a seamless banking experience.

In this role you will welcome customers, conduct needs-based conversations, support operational tasks, and help expand personal banking and investment opportunities while adhering to risk

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months).
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes and guides customers and offers advice on digital and self-serve options for a fast, easy banking experience.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and advises on personal banking and investment opportunities.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles and engages in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes to safeguard assets and privacy.
