Job summary

BMO is seeking a part-time Banking Specialist in Wisconsin, with typical scheduling around 20 hours per week. You will welcome customers in the branch, assess needs, and guide them to suitable banking solutions and digital options.

You will work with the branch team to deliver excellent service and meet business goals. Responsibilities include providing personal banking and credit card guidance, handling transactions, and supporting branch operations while adhering to risk and compliance

Qualifications

1–2 years relevant experience desirable or equivalent education/experience.
Confident in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a consultative sales and team-based environment.
Organized with good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and provides advice on financial solutions.
Identifies customer needs and guides conversations to banking channels and services.
Welcomes customers in the branch and promotes digital/self-serve options.
Performs transaction-based service and supports operational activities.
Contributes to branch results and customer experience while following risk/compliance.
