• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying needs and advising on financial solutions.
• Welcomes customers in the branch lobby and guides them to digital and self-serve options for quick banking.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and channels.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities and address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Supports branch operations and team collaboration to improve customer experience.
