Job summary

Collaborating with branch teams and partners, you will identify opportunities, process transactions, and contribute to branch goals while adhering to risk and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Confident with social media and mobile devices.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers entering the branch lobby and discuss available digital/self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and advise on financial solutions in the customer’s best interests.
• Collaborate with branch and partners to deliver the customer experience and identify referrals.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to address banking plans and credit card needs.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes as required.
