Job summary

MOD Assistants in Austin, TX is seeking part-time personal assistants who love serving people, are detail oriented, and enjoy a team environment. You will balance tasks for multiple clients, ranging from household management to errands and meal planning.

You choose your clients, set your schedule, and work as a 1099 contractor with hourly pay of $24, 15–20 hours weekly. Training, insurance coverage, and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience related to personal assistance, nanny, culinary, home care, etc.
• Must be willing to drive to a client's home/office.
• Must be available 15–20 hours per week during regular office hours (Mon–Fri 9–5).
• All assistants must pass a full background check.

Responsibilities

• Household tasks such as scheduling services and coordinating vendors.
• Meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Errands, shopping/returns, laundry and home organization.
• Assistants balance 3–5 clients and manage day-to-day life for each.
• Initial training provided to prepare for first client.
