Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations by communicating with team, property management, and residents/guests.
• Receive and sign for deliveries and ensure they reach residents efficiently.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals, and visits by realtors or prospective buyers/renters.
• Advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
• Follow procedures for access for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, calls, and questions.
• Keep a sharp appearance in the supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents.

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
