Pho Prime, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Resident Services role to welcome residents and guests, manage inquiries, and support smooth daily operations. The position pays $18 per hour with weekly pay and paid training.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, facilitating contractor and visitor access, enforcing community rules, and delivering friendly, professional service to residents.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
