Qualifications

• RN license active in state of practice or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics are assigned.
• Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU contexts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with patients, families and health team.
• Formulate and revise plans of care with realistic goals and discharge planning.
• Provide direct nursing care per orders, ensure continuity and clear communication.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes accurately in patient records.
• Participate in leadership, education and mentoring within the unit.
