Supercarb is seeking a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok and emerging channels for the Chalk Up Tee and future products.

The role blends performance marketing, consumer psychology, and creative strategy. You will own testing, optimize CAC and ROAS, and collaborate with design to craft messaging and landing pages. Location: USA. Compensation: $60-$75/hour for ~15–20 hours/week, with potential path to full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns for apparel or DTC brands.
• Experience scaling an early-stage DTC brand to $1M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and attribution.
• Ability to develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies.
• Comfortable in an early-stage environment and hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Run and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Identify which product benefits resonate most with consumers
• Discover audiences and customer segments with strong product-market fit
• Collaborate with design to develop ads, landing pages, messaging and content
• Build a disciplined testing engine across creative, copy, audiences, offers, pages and channels
• Track and improve metrics: CAC, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention
• Diagnose funnel breakpoints and run experiments to improve conversion
• Turn early sales into a scalable customer acquisition engine
• Manage consumer-facing social channels and grow engagement and organic reach
• Translate insights into product positioning, creative strategy and launches
