Pediatric Physical Therapist

Hours:

Part time, per diem openings! No hour minimums!

General overview of position:

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys providing pediatric therapy services to children and their families. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-of-license therapy care. Candidates should be open to treating developmental as well as orthopedic conditions.

Hiring Profile:

Experience with pediatric patients, ideally in outpatient settings. Post-graduate experience working with a team of therapists. Managing a caseload of seven or more patients daily. Confidence in child-led play, developmental delay interventions, torticollis, toe walking, common orthopedic injuries, and neuromuscular diagnoses such as CP.

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience with pediatrics, preferably outpatient
• EHR documentation of therapy sessions
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary therapy team

Breakdown of Responsibilities:

• Patient treatment: 80%
• Planning, preparation, documentation, and communication with patients, families, physicians, and care team members: 10%
• New patient evaluations: 10%
