Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of personally receiving treatment in a behavioral health system (Texas) required.
• Peer Provider certification preferred; certification required once employed.
• Must demonstrate current self-directed recovery.
• Pass criminal history and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to consumers in a variety of community settings.
• Engage with Infinity Program consumers in HOTRMHMR office or Peer Support Center, community settings, hospital, crisis care, and jail settings.
• Coordinate transportation and support for scheduled appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation.
