Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting for the 2026/2027 year. This part-time contract role requires 20 hours per week in the Ann Arbor region, balancing clinical practice with other pursuits.

Applicants should have a Master’s in SLP, a CCC-SLP (or CFY accepted), and Michigan licensure or eligibility, with pediatric school experience and strong collaboration skills. This position emphasizes teamwork with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid CCC-SLP credential or CFY status accepted.
• Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially elementary school.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Work with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive educational atmosphere.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support a positive student experience by fostering engagement and communication growth.
