Qualifications

• ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years of hematology/oncology/BMT experience.
• Registered Nurse in District of Columbia.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• APHON Chemobiotherapy Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemo/biotherapy safely and handle hazardous drugs.
• Manage patients with central lines (broviacs, port-a-cath, PICC).
• Support Magnet redesignation through professional development and committees.
• Communicate care plans and escalate issues using chain of command.
• Maintain license and BLS; participate in mandatory education and certification.
