Job summary

LADACIN Network, a nonprofit serving individuals with disabilities, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist for its Early Intervention program in Ocean County. This part-time role provides home-based OT services to infants and toddlers in a collaborative transdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, plan development, and family-centered coaching, with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. NJ licensure required.

Qualifications

• Must have current New Jersey OT license.
• Experience with infants and toddlers preferred.
• Ability to work in home-based transdisciplinary teams.
• Background clearances required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and treatment for birth to age three.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
• Support families through education, coaching, and community-based intervention.
• Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards.
• Comply with agency policies and code of ethics.
