Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey.

This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive reimbursement around $95 per hour, and supportive administrative staff to handle scheduling and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
