Job summary

Weisman Childrens Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Community Engagement Coordinator to connect families and referral sources to pediatric services, focusing on Medical Day Care and Outpatient Programs.

The role involves building relationships with physicians, schools, social agencies, and other stakeholders, traveling across the assigned territory to grow awareness and referrals. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; CRM experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in Public Health, Human Services or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, or referral development.
• Proven success building partnerships with physician offices, schools, and community programs.

Responsibilities

• Grow awareness and referrals by building relationships with doctors, hospitals, schools, and local organizations.
• Represent Weisman Childrens at community events and outreach activities; occasional nights and weekends.
• Plan visits and outreach across the assigned territory; collaborate with Communications to create materials.
