Responsabilidades

• Maintains clinic flow and ensures a smooth patient experience.
• Provides clerical support: greets patients, updates demographics, collects and bills insurance co-pays, and uses the electronic information system.
• Schedules patient appointments and diagnostic testing; manages daily schedule and triage calls.
• Assists nursing and physician staff with patient care tasks as delegated; maintains a clean, safe clinic environment.
