Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll transactions (hours, earnings, deductions, adjustments) for accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter, maintain, and verify payroll data and employee information in PeopleSoft.
• Review timesheets and payroll changes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in line with policies and regulations.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and other administrative duties as needed.
