St. John Nepomucene Catholic Community in Little Chute, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits & Payroll Specialist to support our parish and school through payroll administration, employee benefits management, HR support, and related accounting.

This part-time role offers 30 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and a mission-driven team dedicated to serving the community and ministries.

Formación

• 2 or 4 year accounting degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting and payroll/financial experience required.
• Experience with employee benefits and human resources administration.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, off-boarding, and personnel records.
• Support HR compliance, workers' compensation reporting, and employment documentation.
• Assist with charitable giving administration, donor reporting, deposits, and related accounting.
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll and benefit questions.
