Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years experience in administrative work with an emphasis on highly detailed records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, utilizing formulas and functions, analyzing data, and performing reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates health, dental, life and disability insurance records and flexible spending options for employees and retirees.
• Coordinates with plan administrators and third-party providers to address claims and changes.
• Maintains a master insurance data file to reconcile payroll deductions with the Payroll Department for employee and employer.
• Tracks FMLA leaves and balances.
• Creates and maintains spreadsheets, analyzes data, and performs reconciliations.
• Gathers data for GASB/OPEB reporting and biannual liability statements.
