FirstCash Holdings, Inc. operates Cash America Pawn and is seeking an entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate. You will process sales and loans, greet customers, and help with transactions across jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in compliant locations.

Commission is based on productivity, with base hourly pay. Earned Wage Access and a 401(k) program are offered after eligibility, plus employee discounts and perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays well presented.
• Handle cash, checks, and negotiable items per policy.
• Answer calls and communicate policy details with customers.
