FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales and loans, and share knowledge of jewelry and general merchandise. This entry-level role offers an hourly wage plus commissions.

You will work with the store team to handle cash, manage POS transactions, and maintain attractive displays while delivering friendly, helpful service. Earned wage access and 401(k) eligibility after six months are part of our benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to learn firearms handling and be certified.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
